What if my client doesn't like my first draft/outline/video cut?
Don't worry, its not over until it is over. Listen closely and ask for specific feedback. Ask questions about what they do and do not like. Not every first draft hits it out of the park. We know you can wow them with your second! Contact us if you need help facilitating a discussion or want our input on a project.
What if my project looks like it will go into additional revisions?
Contact us as soon as possible and let us know what is going on. We’ll take a look at the project, assess the situation, and head up communicating with appropriate stakeholders. Visually always wants to ensure that you are properly compensated for the work you do.
My client hasn't responded to my draft?
If the client has not responded to your most recent draft, wait for feedback before uploading another draft and activating the next milestone. Late feedback from the client will push back the timeline, and you will be given time to complete your work.
My client hasn't closed the project?
Has it been 7 days since they approved the final draft?
